Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa stands for dynamic movements, which are practiced in harmony with your breath. So you allow your brain to settle down and focus on the “here and now”.
Class starts with a small relaxation or meditation. Afterwards we work on asanas (postures) and connect them, so we can flow through smaller and bigger Vinyasas as a sequence. According to the class level, asanas will become more demanding and the connection of postures more challenging. Class ends with a deep relaxation (shavasana).
Often the class will be accompanied by music, which fits to the different stages of class.
After class you will feel grounded, new forces have unfold and you inner smile comes back to surface!
