Yin Yoga is a calm, passive and very smooth yoga style which nevertheless has a deep practice. The aim is to harmonize body, mind and soul in a very gentle way.

For advanced students: Inside Flow® Yoga transfers tradition into modern time. Flowing asana movements – guided by your breath – combined in a choreography and with (loud) music!
