You can borrow a mat for free at most studios, but your own non-slip mat is always the best choice.
Easily digestable food
2 hours before your yoga class you should not eat anything difficult to digest. You can't practice well on a full stomach!
„Footwear“
Vinyasa Yoga is practised barefoot. For yin yoga, you can wear comfortable and warm socks, though.
Comfortable clothing
For vinyasa yoga, comfortable but close-fitting clothes are the best choice. Yin yoga can be practised in loose-fit warm clothes.
