You never tried yoga before? Asana, Pranayama and Om are completely new expressions for you, but you are curious and want to find out what’s that pleasure your friends are talking about? You are at the right address! In this class I will explain from the very beginnning what’s it all about, how to align the movements the right way and why the excercises on the mat can be transferred to your daily live. Moreover, we want to harmonize body, soul and mind.
During this classes we mainly focus on the alignment of your body and your breath. We will practice patiently and in detail and put emphasis on standing postures, bending forward, hip openers, backbends and twists.
The focal points are alternating weekly in order to introduce all beginners individually into their personal yoga practice. This class is also the right choice if you want to re-enter yoga and for students who seek to check and readjust their alignment from scratch!
